For coaches and recovery centres
A coach pays a monthly charge for the capacity they need, plus a rate for each client on their roster. The per-client rate is the same for every client on that roster and steps down as the practice grows — the volume discount is already built into the rate shown, so there is nothing further to work out.

Example. A coach on Practice with 5 clients pays R229 for the practice plus 5 × R33.30 = R395.50 a month, if they cover every client themselves.
A coach can cover a client’s rate themselves, which gives that client the full paid experience at no cost to them. Otherwise the client is charged that same rate directly. The amount is identical either way — the choice only decides which card it lands on.
Past 40 clients there is no published price. Write to overcome@optimusx.co.za and we will agree one with you.
How billing works
- Individual plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- A coach’s monthly amount depends on how many clients are on their roster that month, so it is calculated and charged to their saved card each month rather than being a fixed subscription.
- Cancel any time from Settings — you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- If a payment fails you keep access for a further 3 days while it is retried, then return to the free tier.
- Returning to the free tier is not being locked out: the counter, the daily check-in, the recovery score, the urge tool and the crisis resources stay, permanently.
- This is a digital subscription. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.
