Your clients never pay. Everyone in one of your seats gets the full Overcome experience, Plus included, so money never has to come up in a session. A client who already pays for their own Plus keeps it.
How billing works
- Individual plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- A coach’s band fee is charged to their saved card each month, or once a year on yearly billing.
- Cancel any time from Settings — you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- If a payment fails you keep access for a further 3 days while it is retried, then return to the free tier.
- Returning to the free tier is not being locked out: the counter, the daily check-in, the recovery score, the urge tool and your trusted contact stay, permanently.
- This is a digital subscription. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.
