Count what you are changing
Start a counter for anything — alcohol, smoking, doomscrolling, or something only you would name. Watch the hours turn into days and the days into a number worth protecting. A reset never erases what came before it.
Recovery support, in your pocket
Overcome is a private companion for people in recovery. Count the days that matter, write it down when it helps, work through a craving while it is happening, and watch your own patterns come into focus. Free to start, and yours alone unless you choose to share it.
Overcome is a recovery-support and journalling tool. It is not medical care, therapy, or a crisis service.
Six things, built for the days recovery is hard rather than the days it is easy.

Seven quick sliders — mood, anxiety, stress, cravings, sleep, energy and confidence. On their own they are a moment. Over a month they are the picture nobody could hold in their head.
The urge tool is for the moment it is actually happening. Name how strong it is, ride it out with a timer, reach for a grounding technique, and log what worked. Most waves pass in twenty minutes.
Free writing, or a guided workbook prompt when the blank page is too much. Your journal is private unless you deliberately share it with a coach — and you can turn that off again at any time.
Overcome only tells you something when your own data actually supports it. Which times of day are hardest, which triggers keep coming back, which tools genuinely help you.
Connect a coach and share exactly the categories you choose. Join an optional community under an alias, never your real name. Save a trusted contact for the moment you need one.
Real screenshots, not mock-ups — the counter, your patterns, the coach roster and the AI pre-session briefing.
The coach side of Overcome is a working caseload, not a dashboard for its own sake. See every client you support in one list, ordered by who needs you first. Open a client and get a written briefing of their week before the session starts, so you are not reading numbers while they are sitting in front of you.
Each client card carries their recent mood, anxiety, stress and cravings. Green means nothing to act on; red means open that one first.
A weekly briefing summarising what actually happened — check-ins, tools used, journalling, and where things moved. Edit your own notes onto it and log the session when you are done.
Set a lesson, an exercise, a journal prompt, a goal or a habit, and see what came back. Recovery happens in the six days you are not in the room.
A client controls what their coach can see, category by category, and can withdraw any of it at any time. Their private journal is never visible unless they switch that on themselves.
